Downloading Images
You may request an export of the images submitted to your call for entry to review offline, add to a virtual exhibition, promote the event (with artist permission), and more.

Downloading Application Reports
On the Events Management page, you can download reports that contain the applicant and artwork information as spreadsheets or PDFs.
Downloading Application Files
Download files artists uploaded to their applications, either all at once as a ZIP file or individually from each application.

Income Breakdown Report
The Income Breakdown Report records the individual transaction for each of your calls, even if there is no entry fee. This report is useful for tracking income, for sharing with your treasurer or accounting team, and for keeping general records.
Communication Bounce Report
Use the Communication Bounce Report to see if any messages you sent through CaFÉ bounced or were not delivered.
