Setting Up Your Call

Adding a Call to CaFÉ

To begin accepting applications for your next opportunity on CaFÉ, you’ll first need to request a new call template by completing the New Call Request Form.

📝 How to Request a New Call

1. Complete the New Call Request Form.

  • Indicate your payment preference (Visa/Mastercard, Check, Already Paid, Auto-Deduct).

  • Enter a new billing address, if changed.

  • Enter the basic details of your call. Be sure to provide the most accurate and complete information on the call form. The CaFÉ team will enter the base details as provided.

  • If you make a mistake on the form, contact the CaFÉ team. Do not submit a new form.

2. The CaFÉ team will add your call template to CaFÉ.

  • We will notify you when the call is ready for you to edit.

3. Pay for your call.

  • If paying upfront, you will receive an invoice to pay for the call.

  • Payment MUST be received before your call can be published.


⚠️ Requesting a new call is an agreement to pay the call fee associated with your pricing plan. All fees will be due whether or not the call is published.

You may not reuse old calls to accept new entries. To accept entries for a new opportunity, you’ll need to request and purchase a new call.

Once you submit the new call request, a member of the CaFÉ team will add the call template to your CaFÉ account. Then, you can set up the details of your call and prepare it for launch.

  1. Publish: Once all call components are set up, you will need to request the CaFÉ team to publish your call.

⚠️ Note: Your call will not be open to artists until the CaFÉ team has published it.
