Adding a Call to CaFÉ
To begin accepting applications for your next opportunity on CaFÉ, you’ll first need to request a new call template by completing the New Call Request Form.
Entering Event Information
The Event Information section of the Call Editor is where you’ll provide essential information about your opportunity—helping artists understand what your call is about and whether it’s the right fit for them.

Building Your Application
The Application Editor is where you will build the application, including work sample requirements, categories, and form questions, that artists will fill out when they apply.
Creating Products & Coupons
The Product Editor is where you will set up entry fees and other products that your applicants will purchase. The Coupon Manager lets you set up discounts for those products.

Publishing Your Call
Once you have your call details, application questions, and products ready to go, you will need to publish your call so artists can start applying to it.
