Viewing the Applications List
View and manage applications submitted to your call through the list in the Events Management section. From there, you can search, filter, and sort applications, as well as view detailed artist submissions and statuses.
Viewing Individual Applications
Easily view and manage the full application submitted by an artist, including their contact information, form answers, work samples, and transaction details.

You can change application statuses to help organize submissions at different stages of your process. Learn how to change the status of applications individually or as a group.

Allowing Artists to Edit Applications
You can let artists edit their submitted application by updating the application status to Incomplete or Exception.

Application Status Definitions
There are 15 statuses an applicant may be in from the time your call opens until your concludes. Received, Invited, and Not Invited are the most commonly used. Invited and Not Invited are used to designate the final results of the jury.
