Account Users

The Account Users page contains all of the administrators and jurors associated with your organization.

⚠️ Note: Only Account Managers have access to this page in CaFÉ. General administrators do not have access.

Each organization can have up to five (5) administrator accounts.

TIP: Need to update the account manager? Contact the CaFÉ team.

To keep your account secure, each account needs to be associated with a specific person in your organization. Logins should not be shared. The account manager for the licensee can add or deactivate general administrator accounts.


How to View the List of Administrators & Jurors 👬

  1. Log in to CaFÉ Admin.

  2. Click on the account icon 👤 next to your name in the top-right corner. 

  3. Click Profile, then click the Account Users tab.

  4. Click Administrators to view the list of active administrator accounts.

    • Click Show Deactivated Users to view the list of deactivated accounts. Contact the CaFÉ team to reactivate an administrator account.

    • Click View 👁️ for any account to view the username and administrator details.

  5. Click Jurors to view the list of active juror accounts. 

    • Click Show Deactivated Users to view the list of deactivated accounts. 

    • Click View 👁️ for any account to view the username and juror details. 

    • Click Edit ✏️ to go to the Juror Editor and edit the details of the juror account. 

      • To reactivate a deactivated juror, change the Status to Active.

      • To assign the juror to a call, check the box next to the call name.

      • Click Save 💾 to save changes to the juror account.

How to Add a New General Administrator ➕

  1. Log in to CaFÉ Admin.

  2. Click on the account icon 👤 next to your name in the top-right corner. 

  3. Click Profile, then click the Account Users tab.

  4. Click Add New.

  5. Enter the new administrator's details. 

    • Enter a temporary password to create the administrator account. Do not share this password by email.

  6. Click Save 💾 to save the new account. 

  7. Share the username you created with the new administrator. 

    • Instruct the new administrator to set up a password by entering their email address and username under Forgot Password on the Admin Login Page.

    • The system will send a link for them to set up a new password.

⚠️ Note: You can create up to four (4) general administrators per licensee. If you have more than four, you will need to deactivate an administrator before creating a new one. 


How to Deactivate a General Administrator ❌

  1. Log in to CaFÉ Admin.

  2. Click on the account icon 👤 next to your name in the top-right corner. 

  3. Click Profile, then click the Account Users tab.

  4. Locate the account from the list and click View.

  5. Change the Status to Inactive.

  6. Click Save 💾 .

  7. All deactivated user accounts can be found by clicking on Show Deactivated Users from the Account Users page.
