CaFÉ Promotional E-Blasts

Promote your call, and reach new artists. Send a targeted email to the audience you want, customized to your preferred geographic location and artistic disciplines. Prices start at $175.

How it works

Pick the geographic region(s) and artistic discipline(s) of artists you’d like to reach, and we'll send an email with your call details to the artists who meet that criteria. We offer different pricing options to meet your needs.

Request an e-blast.

Choose your preferred target audience (geographic location and artistic disciplines) and budget.

Approve the quote and select a send date.

Review and approve the price of your e-blast, and select your preferred send date. E-blasts are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submit payment.

Pay your invoice to secure your reservation.

Review and approve the e-blast proof.

The e-blast will contain your call’s short description unless otherwise requested.

What's Included in the E-blast

E-blasts include basic details from your call on CaFÉ, including: 

  • Your logo.

  • Your organization’s contact information.

  • A brief description of your call. This matches your short description in your CaFÉ Call Editor, unless otherwise requested. 

  • Entry fees (if applicable), eligibility, media allowed, location, and deadline.

Customize your e-blast with a brand color! (+$25 per e-blast)

Customize the e-blast’s border and icons to match your organization’s branding. CaFÉ reserves the right to change color if needed to meet web accessibility and contrast standards.

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I reserve an e-blast?

You may reserve an e-blast as soon as your call opens and begins accepting applications.

Do I have to write the e-blast copy?

Your ad is already written. We use your call’s short description, logo, and other call-ready details to create your e-blast content. Or we can work with you if you have a revised version.

How many artists do you reach? Can I see the list?

With over 76,000 artists and counting, CaFE artists opt-in to receive targeted opportunities from hundreds of arts organizations using CaFE. To comply with our privacy policy, we do not share this list directly with organizations.

Can I send an e-blast to a single state, region, or country?

Yes. You may choose to send your e-blast to one or multiple states, regions, or countries. You must only choose one geographic type, however.

You can send to a selection of state(s) or region(s), not both.

What days can I send an e-blast?

Reservations are accepted for Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays). Spaces are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I purchase more than one e-blast?

You can purchase up to two (2) e-blasts per month per organization.

How do I know how many emails were opened?

Engagement tracking is not available at this time.

If there are copy errors on my e-blast, can I resend it at no cost?

The e-blast will be sent with the exact copy displayed in the proof. It is the responsibility of the organization requesting the e-blast to proofread the text prior to sending. If you wish to resend, you may purchase a new e-blast.
